I have been making this salmon recipe for years and it is our favorite way to eat it. It is super easy and as a bonus it is healthy and delicious!
Fresh wild caught filet of salmon (or you can get the frozen pieces, I usually get mine at Costco or Trader Joes)
1 T chopped garlic
1 T lemon juice (fresh or bottle works)
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Place salmon in baking dish. I usually put down aluminum foil for easy clean up but didn’t this time. Rinse salmon and pat dry. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper, and dillweed. Then squeeze lemon juice on top. Place salmon in oven for 25 minutes.
While the salmon is cooking, you can make your sides. I usually do a veggie, salad, and quinoa or rice. I took the easy route and used frozen veggies, frozen quinoa, and a salad kit all from Costco. Can’t get easier than that!
Then enjoy your meal made it 30 minutes!
